Two New Black Beauties for Wallbrook!

Wallbrook Stud are very proud of their latest additions.  Vamke and Vanja are the future of Wallbrook.  They are a very exciting contribution and are expected to mature into modern and extremely exotic mares. We look forward to raising these two beautiful young ladies, they will be great promoters of the new modern Friesian horse!

Vanja

Vanja is out of the very beautiful 3rd premium Studbook imported mare called Fly-A-Way.  Fly's sire is the stunning Stallion Otte (dec) USA.  Both extremely beautiful examples of Friesian horses.

Vanja was concieved by Frozen semen from the magnificent FPS Studbook Stallion Bente 412.  I met Bente on a recent visit to Holland and was mesmerised by his beauty. Bente is approved on progeny and is a modern dressage Friesian competing in Holland.

Vanja is the only offspring of Bente 412 in Australia.

Vamke-Giske

Vamke- Giske is a BB1 filly from the beautiful mare Giske.  I have long admired this unique mare and am very happy to now own a beautiful filly foal from her.

Giske's first foal a colt was presented at the first Keuring held in Australia as a 3 year old gelding.  He was awarded ster - Australia's first ster gelding.  Her second son was entered into the studbook and her first daughter received a first premium and Champion Friesian of Australia at our 2003 Keuring.

Vamke's sire is the imported Ster stallion Dennis van der Smalbemde.  He is one of only 4 ster stallions in Australia with a breeding permit. Denni's dam is a ster mare in Holland and has been just awarded perferent.

Dennis is a very tall modern stallion and has just started his dressage career with Natash Althoff.  In his first competition Denni came second with 66% and on his second outing he received a 70.8% for equal first and 67.9% for first.
